Helmet Sizing
Heads come in all sizes, and in a surprising variety of shapes. Although the fitting/comfort pads we provide make our helmets adaptable, it is essential that the sizing be done accurately to get the best helmet possible. All heads are oval shaped and are longer front to back than side to side. If you know that your head is a longer oval or a rounder (shorter) oval, let us know and we can adapt our digitally generated designs to reflect this in the helmet that gets made.
To determine your helmet size, measure the circumference around your head. Use a tailor's tape
keeping the tape level and firm, across the temples and above the eyebrow ridges. If you do not have a tailor's tape you can use an string that does not stretch easily and then measure the string length. Measure three times for accuracy. Check the size chart given below. For in-between measurements use the next size up.
