This baseball cap style helmet is a replica of a classic hard hat style common in Construction and Industrial Industries.  Each one is hand made and assembled here in Oregon and fitted with a custom build leather and canvas suspension harness.  This helmet is not tested and so it is not a legitimate functional alternative to metal or plastic helmets but intended as an award or recognition piece for celebrated employee or as an artful and classy desk top, conference room or office display piece that honors the work being done at your company or organization.  Custom engraving of names or symbols available to increase the unique nature of this one of a kind product.
