Helmets, Transformed.  There is nothing about this technology that is based in what we all have known as "Helmet".  The way it is made is totally different and the materials used have never been used before.  This means that it is unique in more ways than meets the eye and that those ways are big, even revolutionary.

Almost all helmets are made using molds.  They are the same size and shape as the thousands of others made from that mold.  The venting and the size and shape of the brim are identical and there is nothing you can do about it (except choose your "custom" color and graphical patterns)!  Tree Piece Helmets are the only CNC machined helmets we know of.  Because they are machined they can all and each be made different sizes and shapes, to fit whatever head (without resorting to one size fits all adjustment harnesses).  AND the style and venting can be different on EVERY ONE.
